Experience: Express Men

Everyone has that one store that is considered your go to spot. You love their style and color ways and you know that everything in this store fits you just the way you like. Well for me that store is Express Men. This store has so much of my time and money its crazy. Every experience I have in this store is always exceeds expectations The employees are always greet you at the door and check up on your every few minutes making sure your doing ok. Sometimes I’ll ask for help with putting together an outfit or just talking about fashion and what new clothing they have or will have. On top of their quality clothing fitting me so well, the customer service is always great no matter what location I go to. They always have a great concern in making sure you find exactly what you need and making sure you leave very happy. Every time I walk in there is always some type of sale or promotion going on and overall their prices are very reasonable.

When it comes to their clothing the quality is definitely upscale. From the graphic tees to the 1MX clothing line they carry. The 1MX line consist of button downs or all different fits. You have slim fit, athletic fit, fitted shirts and more. All depending on your body frame and the type of fit you feel is comfortable. I personally like the slim fit button down shirts. They fit me my body frame well and still give my body room to move and breath. The color ways that 1MX has are great and match very we'll. Weather its new patterns or new color combinations they always seem to always come correct and out do themselves. 1MX is here to stay people. Graphic Tees are always great to have. The Express logo is a lion so majority of their graphic tees consist of that lion somewhere on the shirt. Overall quality of the shirts is great. They don't shrink in the wash or the threading doesn't come out. Color stays nice and full, doesn't fade. I own multiple shirts with all different colors on it and all stay nice and full after washes. That’s something I believe is a difference maker in the quality of the shirts. A big design that I have seen on their shirts is New York City layouts. Me being from New York is some thing that’s appeals to me and drew me even closer to the shirts. The clothes are designed and made in New York so it’s only right to print the greatest city in the world on your clothing. Also with New York being a big time hub for fashion and designers this is a great way to market the brand and attract a different crowd of customers to their stores.

Customer Service is another aspect of express that is very exceptional. Employees are very well trained and always make you the main priority when you enter their store. They are well dressed and have great representation of the company with their clothing. Everyone looks sharp and well dressed for his or her role, which is something I look at. If your working for a company that promotes fashion and sells fashionable clothing, you need to look the part as well. I have spoke to some of the employees on many occasions just about fashion and trends out there that I like and they are very knowledgeable about fashion. You can tell the have a "PASSION FOR FASHION." Every location that I have visited I’ve had a great experience with customer service and that is what makes Express that much better of a brand.

Another key thing that I like to see when I walk in Express Men is the cleanliness and organization of their stores. Express does sell a wide variety of women and men clothing, but they do a great job of separating the two from another. Both genders even get their own entrance, which I think is great. Inside the organization is very well kept. All button downs together and graphic tees nice and folded on tables organized by style and color. I love how much attention to detail employees have when it comes to presentation of the product. Even as little as making sure each fold is correct are little things that I see that I appreciate. I've worked retail and know how annoying it can to pick up after a messy customer. I can definitely see how much pride each employee has in his or her store in making sure it’s nice and neat. This shows great training and management, also it represents Express as whole and I appreciate that.

All in all like I stated before nothing but great things to say about Express Men. They are my go to store for a number of reasons. I enjoy every experience I have had there and always walk out of the store with some piece of clothing. I can't wait to see them expand and progress even bigger then they already are. Soon enough I will be inside of a Express Men store looking a new fashion trends and walking out with something completely and different and I can't wait for that moment.
